He was extremely informative about the product and patient with me as I decided the items which would suit my needs best. He also suggested putting my items on a hold until they were ready to be installed and they would ship in time. Helpful to me due to storage. I was extremely happy with my ordering experience! There was one item (outdoor refrigerator) that they did not have in stock, but they kept me posted on when they would receive in their warehouse. They notified me of a delay in their shipment and offered a full refund or exchange. They promptly exchanged the item to a very comparable one and are currently shipping.
