BBQ Guys are awesome. They were super friendly and helped me find just what I wanted. The person who helped me explained the order and shipping process very well and actually accommodated my particular needs without me really asking for it.

Erin I had a question about a grill I was going to purchase. The question centered around shipment. One place said quick ship but when I went to check out it said 2 to 3 weeks I cancelled the order until I could speak to someone. Erin received my call resolved the issue with shipping. I bought the grill

BBGUYS customer service answered on the first ring, and did an excellent job handling my issue. The refrigerator I ordered was too large for the cut out opening in my outdoor island. Nita arranged for the return and suggested another refrigerator that would fit at basically the same price. It was a pleasure to do business with her!
