I just completed a $10k+ order with the help of Dominic. I've bought a bunch of DCS stuff from you in the past and love it, but went with the TOL Fire Magic this time. Dominic was great. He pointed out advantages and disadvantages of each (DCS, Lynx, FM) and was not pushy at all. He stayed on top of things and did a nice job.
Great Service after the sale! when I originally bought my out door sink it was the wrong model,they replaced it very quickly. Then the faucet cracked and again it was all taken care with no hassle. Very please with the product and support people!
I thought the sale rep that answered the phone was very professional. He was able to answer all my questions and gave some advice about choices. He was not pushy and gave me a fair deal.

I had issues with a grill I bought from another store...Logan was able to answer my questions about it.... I returned that Grill and then purchased another grill from BBQ guys. Logan was able to point me in the right direction and answered all the questions I had so I'd give them an A+ rating
What a great experience I had with Paige at Bbqguys.com. She literally saved me hours of browsing their website to pick out my icemaker, refrigerator , doors, drawers, warming drawer and sink. She was so knowledgeable about each and item and helped pick and match my style properly. Will definitely recommend them to anyone .
