I had questions about my order and had to call the customer service number. Having called other websites, I did not have high hopes. However, to my surprise, my call was answered on the 2nd ring, by a real live person! His name was Logan. Logan handled my questions and was able to get my order on track in a matter of minutes. Logan was such a help. He spent a great deal of time helping me and giving me suggestions. I would recommend him to anyone interested in gaining more knowledge in buying bbqs and accessories. Wow that was easy! I had a few questions and they were able to help me answer them quickly and intelligently. When I told them I needed delayed shipping, answer " No problem."
Brandi at BBQGuys.com was great! At night after opening the packaging, I sent customer service an email with photos showing that my kamado grill had arrived damaged. At 8am the next morning, Brandi called to apologize and said that a new grill would be sent to me. She even apologized that the replacement grill was going to take a couple extra days to send since it was in a different warehouse.
