When my bank incorrectly denied my charge, my rep Erin even got on the phone with me to talk my bank through the void/recharge scenario, saving me a major headache! Just ordered all the equipment for the outdoor kitchen I'm constructing. Dominic helped me with the simple and easy ordering process. He even found a way to save me extra cash in buying the grill, side-burner, sink, access doors, cabinets, etc. It was very easy and he made it almost fun. I told him I'd cook a burger for him when it's ready to go. I highly recommend BBQGuys.com for all your grilling needs!
