Too often these days, great web prices means poor customer service. Brandi certainly shattered that stereotype. The prices were excellent but where I really found out they excelled is when I had an issue with the product I received. This is my first time shopping at this site and I must say the customer service is great. I dealt with Erin Hopson to buy the BBQ grill, power burner, doors, etc. for my outdoor kitchen. She was very professional and helpful. I'll definitely come back for future purchases.
