I had a very good experience working with these guys. Great products at great prices and the customer service was even better. Large order arrived in just days, but an outdoor refrigerator was backordered and delayed due to the port strikes on the west coast. Elizabeth kept me informed at regular intervals and offered alternate solutions. I eventually canceled that particular item and he refund was processed immediately.
Logan, my Sales Specialist was extremely helpful. I was very pleased with the level of customer service. He took an interest in my grill island order and worked with the manufacturer to effectively improve the "build time". Overall terrific experience. I'll be a repeat customer.
