This is got to be the worst management company out there. I don't rent a property that they "manage". I live next door to a house that they supposedly manage. In early April, I broke a sprinkler line that ran through my property (I didn't know it was for that property). I've called over the period of six months asking them to repair the popup head on that property, as it has been leaking water since then. NO STARS!!!AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!! I WISH I WOULD HAVE LOOKED HERE BEFORE GOING THROUGH THE PROCESS. I WAS SUPPOSED TO MOVE IN OCT 1ST , PAID ALL DEPOSITS/FEES/LEASE SIGNED. I DID NOT RECIEVE THE FIRST "CODE TO THE LOCK BOX UNTIL TWO WEEKS AFTER MY MOVE IN DATE. I ARRIVED TO RETRIEVE THE KEYS (EXCITED AT THAT) & OF COURSE THE CODE DID NOT WORK! This is the worst management company Ive ever rented with. They do not cover all damages to the property, despite them being present since move in. Their representatives send rude messages when contacted about maintenance requests and lease terms. They completely disregarded almost every request I had when initiating our lease. Just a pitiful company.

We have only been in the rental for FOUR (4) days and had a serious plumbing issue. Raw sewage was coming out of one of the toilets anytime we used water! Called to address the issue and was told someone would be out right away and that turned into two days. We called a plumber and paid the bill and now we are being told we will NOT be reimbursed. Company is unresponsive and unknowledgeable. Asked to send in documents to show proof of certain situations out of my control that had led to the strange circumstances I was in. I received not response other than sorry too late you were denied. Which I had already spoken to an agent regarding prior to filling out their 60 dollar rental application

Fraud! Will not fill properties, way to launder money. Don't respond or process applications, will not refund fees for unprocessed apps.

If I could give them no stars I would. I rented for 4 years gave more than a great notice to them. Completed all my obligations to the lease agreement and they still have not returned my deposit back to me. I have contacted them several times about this matter and the gave me some story about the check kept coming back to them in the mail. Fraudulent practices of collecting application fees and personal information. Although research was done, I aaplied for a rental property and have been scammed. I have filed complaints with the local police and sheriff departments. There is no further contact with this company available. No manager, no underwriter or leasing agents return multiple forms of communication. Terrible company practices with vague and basic answers from a call center.

Terrible company to work with! Unless you are desperate and don't mind having your security deposit stolen, maintenance items not addressed, and lied to about what will be fixed prior to move in, look elsewhere for your Colorado Springs rental. Brittney L. Is lazy, unprofessional, and will nickel and dime you after you move out for items that were listed on the move in inspection. Don't walk, run away from this place.
