Very positive experience with Paige at BBQGuys.com. I had the wrong size GrillGrates sent to me. I called customer service and was fortunate to have Paige handle my call. She had a correct set sent out to me immediately with overnight shipping. The backyard BBQ is still on for tomorrow even though today is Friday and tomorrow is Saturday. Excellent customer service. I will be back again to BBQGuys.com!!
Been working with BBQGuys for about three weeks as I endeavor to build an outdoor kitchen. Everyone in customer service is not only friendly and helpful but knows the smallest details about outdoor kitchens. They're BBQ nerds for sure (and I appreciate it!). I ordered the Lion Premium 32-inch and can't wait to fire it up! Shane, my rep, was beyond helpful and even saved me money on top of the discounts already offered. Great experience overall.

I received the Kamado Joe with the fire ring and fire box completely cracked, and some missing items. The grill was junk and I was mortified. I called Katie at The BBQ Guys and she was professional, polite and courteous. Katie helped me resolve the issue immediately. Thank you Katie and staff for all your assistance. I've grilled pork loin, pizza, and smoked ribs and love my new Primo Grill. Primo Grills are made in the U.S.A. and are packed and shipped with care, not like the Kamado Joe which is made in China.
I purchased $5,000 worth of grill related supplies from Erin at BBQGuys.com. From the beginning she was patient, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about grills and accessories. Making such a large purchase is stressful and she made me feel at ease. I was impressed and thankful for her willingness to provide me with extremely competitive pricing and excellent customer service!
I received the wrong grill yesterday. Initially they weren't willing to assist. I wrote their customer service department and instantly they started working with Kamado Joe to resolve the situation. They are air freighting the correct grill and throwing in some extras. So far so good!
