Poor Customer Service - Bought outdoor fridge. It arrived late and damaged. The damage was a dent in the rear. was going to take weeks to get a replacement. so since damage was on rear, I took a $100 discount instead. Not happy about that but my options were limited. Within 90 days the unit stopped working completely. Contacted BBQ Guys via phone and email on several occasions - all to no avail. Calls not returned, emails not responded to. I purchased a burner which would not work in our island, I also purchased a pizza oven, doors , drawers the whole works. I asked to return the burner and replace with a different unit which I purchased. I have been trying for about a month for them to give me pick up info on the return and seem to be getting the run around. Looks like I'm out $1,200.

Well, I ordered my grill equipment june 10th and I was hoping to get it before the 4th of July,with no such luck.Here we are 07/09/2020 and still no signs of my order being processed. Very disappointing after talking to the agents on 4 different occasions and assuring me that it was going to be shipped the next day, nothing happen. Had to cancel the order and I hope I don't get my refund next month.

As other reviewers on this site have indicated this company has a great website and lots of good information. I bought a pellet grill from them. The box arrived looking like Ace Ventura had delivered it. Once unboxed, there was minor damage to the grill. It took a while to get customer support on chat but they did agree to take it back after I sent them photos of all the damage. 2nd grill arrived looking like Ace's cousin had delivered it. Thy sent us a broken grill now they say it has to be in "sellable" order to return the grill . Held for 3 hours to be told I cant return it! Then told even if they would let me there would be a restocking fee of $125 . Then told to call Weber grills .........have tried twice and left on hold for two hours each time and it just disconnects at the two hour mark. DO NOT BUY FROM BBQ GUYS!

I ordered a significant amount of merchandise early May and was told it would be delivered by the 15th of May. My firepit showed up first, totally trashed! I will give BBQ Guy's credit, that they did set up the return and the reship with limited effort. The rest of my order, while showing shipped, did not. I had to follow up many, many times to finally be told the products were on back-order and that I would not get until mid-June. Well, June 19th the shipment arrived, partially. Don't buy from BBQguys.com. I placed an order with this company on May 3rd. A day later cancelled the order before it shipped because I found a better deal somewhere else. As of June 1st, still NO REFUND. I've had numerous emails with customer service (because they don't ever answer their phone) trying to get a refund. Looks like I will have to open a dispute with my bank so they can take over retrieving my money. Avoid the headache and frustration and buy your BBQ items somewhere else.

This companies reviews were stellar for so long. But do not buy anything from them now. Their delivery claim on the website is so incredibly false as these other reviews indicate. So for my order which was a house warming present for our daughter and her husband. Our purchase was a Kamado Joe Classic II grill plus many accessories. The total of the order was over $1500.00. BBGuys charged my card in full at the time of the order. Two weeks after the initial promised shipping date with zero updates from them.. countless chats ... read more
