the only problem I had was the box that you sent my charcoal in was tore up, maybe you can put it in a stronger box
When cleaning my grill, I noticed that the gas valve seals were leaking due to their age. BBQ Guys had the correct seals and promptly shipped them. They were a perfect fit which meant that I could get my grill back in service.
Our order was shipped promptly and delivered without any damage to packaging.
The BBQ Guys chat and ability to answer questions was great. The delivery of the smoker was on time and it works great!
I have recently purchased a Kamado Joe Classic II as well as several accessories for it. Shipping is free for purchases over $49 and are very timely. All packages have arrived in great condition. I had ordered a Kamado joe cart and shelves from BBQ guys. After a change of plans I needed to return the shelves. Though it did take a few days to hear back from them, their customer service was very helpful in getting my return processed.
Ordered Weber grill and accessories on 7/6, received all items by 07/12. Was somewhat concerned about spending $1700 from an unknown company, but it turned out to be an good experience. Definitely highly recommend BBQGuys!
I ordered my grill on line. I was told it would take 7-10 days to receive. I got it in 2. BBQ Guys were outstanding in providing customer service.
I contacted BBQ Guys to get pricing on and order some outdoor appliances. Their website said to “call for best pricing” on certain items. I was quoted the price on the website and had to ask for the “best pricing”, which didn’t have much of a discount but it was something anyway. I only got the discounted pricing on the requested grill, despite asking for “best pricing” on an outdoor refrigerator that the website said qualified too.
