Jessica from BBQ GUYS was terrific. She worked with me( 3 calls over 3 days of almost 1 hour ech) to make sure I was going to get exactly what I needed, and spend to my budget. Her knowledge of the products and options was really superb. I rarely get this kind of help and knowledge from a call center. Oh and it goes without saying she was very patient"

Recd the BBQ we ordered on time and found we didn't get the "Additional free items". Called 800# and recd EXCELLENT customer service from Kimberly (wish I had her last name so everyone could ask for her directly). She was helpful, kept us up to date with emails on status and followed thru. Provided her with needed info (had to make sure we purchased within the timeframe the offer was available) and in a few short weeks our items were recd. always helpful, NEVER SHORT OR RUDE. Stephanie was great to work with. I had prices from a local company, but BBQGuys came out on top. Stephanie went over the order three times with me to make sure that I had everything and that it was right. I will order from them again!!!!
