My husband & I were torn between two grills, DCS & Lynx. I called BBQ Guys and spoke with Erin. Erin spent 30 minutes on the phone explaining the differences between the two grills, brought new options to light and provided a good overall summary of which grill would be a better fit for the use we needed. It was impressive to see how much she knew about both grills. I would highly recommend BBQ Guys for any questions and/or purchases on grills.
I called and talked to Logan this morning and told him I was wanting to buy the Angus cart style gas grill from Bull. He asked me if I wanted propane or natural gas and we discussed the price. He said he couldn't knock much off the price, but said he would throw in the cover at no additional cost. It's a small concession, but I was happy. Paige was very knowledgeable,patient,and she imagined the outside kitchen I was designing for the client. She called back in a timely manner. It seems like the office needs more sales people that know the products your selling.
I ordered quite a few things, so instead of ordering online I called in and had the pleasure of talking to Dominic. He was knowledgeable, polite and professional. He explained the shipping process quite clearly. I'll keep you all posted on the progress of the order once it arrives.
