At this point it seems my property manager James W***** doest even exist. In a short time of living here I have had my kitchen cabinets almost fall off the wall entirely, basement flood multiple times and a poorly renovated home. When these issues are brought up to home river group it takes multiple calls to multiple people that have no idea what’s going on. I’m being given numbers that when called, are not even in English. This rental agency is the most quasi-legal business I have ever come across, and one that affected my brother's and my rental of a home at **** ******* ****** ****** ***. I could call them criminal, because they handed us such a restrictive, heavy-handed lease, with all kinds of fees and charges, refused to discuss anything with us except to post charges on the resident portal. I am filing this complaint against Home Rover Group regarding what I believe was a wrongful eviction and extremely unprofessional conduct. I made multiple attempts to work with the company before the eviction. I asked several times whether they accepted rental assistance programs, as well as FLEX and RENT payment options, and was told they did not. I also went to court to request a payment arrangement. If I could leave no stars I would. absolutely hands down the worst company I have ever rented from. Their properties are over priced and cheaply renovated. The maintenence department has an emergency line that no one picks up, we have had several flooding issues with pipes, toilet back up into the home, furnace issues. Eviction notices on our door for rent that is less than 48 hours late. He tenido una muy mala experiencia con esta compañía. Una vez que aprobaron mi solicitud para rentar una casa, les pedí mudarme en 1 mes y me dijeron que no, que debía hacerlo en 15 días máximo. El caso es que cuando me mudé me encontré la casa en las mismas condiciones en que la dejé cuando fui a visitarla por primera vez un mes antes.
