If I could leave no stars I would. absolutely hands down the worst company I have ever rented from. Their properties are over priced and cheaply renovated. The maintenence department has an emergency line that no one picks up, we have had several flooding issues with pipes, toilet back up into the home, furnace issues. Eviction notices on our door for rent that is less than 48 hours late. This company is terrible and uses scare tactics to trick their tenants. my lease agreement states 1365 for rent and each month it is close... read more

He tenido una muy mala experiencia con esta compañía. Una vez que aprobaron mi solicitud para rentar una casa, les pedí mudarme en 1 mes y me dijeron que no, que debía hacerlo en 15 días máximo. El caso es que cuando me mudé me encontré la casa en las mismas condiciones en que la dejé cuando fui a visitarla por primera vez un mes antes. I placed a order on dec 3 2025 and never received my package ,customer service have not responded to my 3 emails ,and the tracking has not updated once ,,,,,,do not order from this site

The worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They are horrible with communication and it seems like they dont treat tenants like human beings. We pay our rent early every month. I Switch over to a month to month basis to get ready to move out of state. The owner switched over to home river group and took us off the month to month lease and tried to pressure us to sign a 14 month lease without even so much as a phone Conversation. I doubt the owner even knows whats going on.

Although I did ultimately receive the tenant’s security deposit back at the end of the lease, it came nowhere close to covering the stress and thousands of dollars I had to pay out of pocket due to the negligence and poor oversight of this property management company. During the tenancy, extensive damage occurred to my home that I was never informed about. The items currently in dispute are the owner's responsibility and cannot be charged to the resident. Our documentation confirms these issues were reported at the time of move-in.
