I placed a order on dec 3 2025 and never received my package ,customer service have not responded to my 3 emails ,and the tracking has not updated once ,,,,,,do not order from this site
The worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They are horrible with communication and it seems like they dont treat tenants like human beings. We pay our rent early every month. I Switch over to a month to month basis to get ready to move out of state. The owner switched over to home river group and took us off the month to month lease and tried to pressure us to sign a 14 month lease without even so much as a phone Conversation. I doubt the owner even knows whats going on.
Although I did ultimately receive the tenant’s security deposit back at the end of the lease, it came nowhere close to covering the stress and thousands of dollars I had to pay out of pocket due to the negligence and poor oversight of this property management company. During the tenancy, extensive damage occurred to my home that I was never informed about. HomeRiver Group has carefully reviewed the regulations regarding security deposit accounting and the specific charges permitted upon a resident's move-out. The items currently in dispute are the owner's responsibility and cannot be charged to the resident. Our documentation confirms these issues were reported at the time of move-in. While we have attempted to settle this account, we have reached an impasse and agreed to disagree. Please note that this property is no longer under management with HomeRiver Group.
Just moved in on 12/8/2025 and have not had a good experience. The house does not have heating and has a slew of other issues that should have been corrected prior to moving in. It has been a week and the house still does not have heating. Highly thinking about moving after this lease is up next December. Already having a bad experience. Which aligns with what others are saying.

As an owner, the money I spent in management fees over the last five years was a complete waste.First, Home River sent me photos of the property last year when new tenants were acquired. It looked great. I even thanked them for taking such good care of the property. Over the previous five years, Home River had never uploaded a single inspection report even though they are obligated to do so under the contract. Currently suing because my house is uninhabitable per Code Enforcement mold, electrical structural plumbing, all not up to Code and caused health problems and these people are acting like I never sent in a maintenance request. They hire unlicensed people. They add extra rooms and bathrooms, not pulling permits or getting any inspections which then turned into multiple disaster issues they dont tend to their property.
