If I could a give a a worse score I would. DO NOT use this company. They do not follow through nor call you back. I have requested and paid for our corporation dissolution back in November. Its now middle of February and nothing has been done. They keep saying that I never submitted a signed document which I have done several times. Where it is going I have no idea. My doctors told me to create a last will just in case. I started the process in legal zoom. I was not able to finish the process prior to my brain surgery. Luckily, I survived the process. When I went back into my account to finish and print my will they asked me for more money to update the document. If I was updating a finalized document I would understand the fee and happily pay $30. However, I never finished the process. They want more money from me to update a document I never completed.
