I had the worst experience with legal Zoom. This is my first year doing business and I needed a professional company for business formation, Tax prep services with Accounting, and Trademark registration etc. I found out later that their services are way expensive compare to other but I was still okay if they did the job. Completely dissatisfied with their services. Not just customer service, but actual services provided as well. I am trying to get a registered agent document signed. I have been waiting 3 weeks.The 1st representative not only didnt do anything with the form, she canceled our account. A week later, the 2nd representative reinstated our account, and said she resubmitted the form and it would be ready in 2 days. STAY AWAY !!!!Just found out Im getting robbed by legal zoom !!They are liars !! Canceled my account and instantly received an email saying they will continue to bill till the end of the year.Nothing you can do about it !They did almost nothing for me except file my tax returns. So $159 X 12 months = $1908 $1908 to file a tax return?? I went with legalzoom to setup my business because they are well known. They did take care of that process. In hindsight after I used them and selected I wanted to represent myself for the business leagalzoom took it upon their own authority to add THEM to represent ME. This costs $249.00 a year and costs $300 for them to file and change it to represent myself. Or you can file to close the business with them for $195. Legalzoom is overwhelming a charge scam in my opinion.

Legal Zoom Tax--I am trying to start a business and hired this company to perform a service. I didn't receive any service. Even though I haven't got it up and running yet, I still have to file taxes and I did, knowing close to nothing about them all. They were suppose to file all from what I understood. These people are terrible, they lost my paperwork and said they would expedite the process. A week later they havent done anything and wanted me to pay for them to expedite!!!!!!!!! Talked to several supervisors and not one person was willing to help. Ive already paid for the process now Im waiting on their mistake AGAIN!

Should have looked at the reviews first this company scammed me for over *******! Fine print locked me into a monthly tax service that can not be cancelled?! I was to interested I. Starting my LLC and they packed it with all kinds of scare tactics to get you to add on, let alone the fee for an LLC is through the Roof!

They sneak charges in without telling you I went through them to get my LLC I did not choose them for my registered agent somehow they chose that automatically charged me a lot of money when you call customer service you just get transferred from department to department with no help

I filed my LLC and got the registered agent along with others services but the ********** that makes me give the one star is the tax services ********** of ********** They signed me up and did not make me aware that I would be binded to a contract for twelve months obligated to pay $159 a month regardless is I have it or not. The kicker is they charge you $159 a month and refuse to give good customer service or even service. I paid $159 for 10 months now been calling to get help and got hung up on put on hold for long period... read more
