If I could give zero stars I would. This companys communication practices are a joke. They will take your money but never do the work. Then they email saying they have been trying to reach you only no one has called or email you about problems, no one. Then when you call to ask about the problem no one knows what they need to fix it. Ask to speak to a supervisor you will be transferred to diff departments as a joke push you into hanging up. I used LegalZoom to set up my LLC which included obtaining an EIN for tax purposes. I can't tell you how many hours I spent on the phone and how many times I was told a form (SS-4) was being submitted to the **** Fast forward to today (5 days before taxes are due nearly 6 months after initially filing for an EIN) and still no EIN number. The worst experience I've had. They couldn't locate anything I had sent in and it was nearly impossible to get in touch with a live person. I had to call 5 times and got the same, uninformed, answer each time. When I finally received my email to sign the forms and send them back, they weren't even the correct forms! They sent me someone else's DBA! This company is horrible do not use!!! All they do is charge you fees and when you close your business they keep racking up fees to prolong the process. Do not use this business!!
They dont treat you like a new business owner if its your first business, they take advantage of you they have been charging me 159$ a month for tax consulting after I opted out because they snuck a few things in the contract. They dodged two consulting appointments and thus I canceled because it obviously wasnt worth it. I never got a call for the cancellations of my meetings but they made sure to not log in my call when I canceled during the first two months trial period. Legal Zoom's *** obtainment process was severely delayed, lasting over 60 days. During this time, they failed to send the signed document required for the application within the expected timeframe of 1-3 days.
