This company is a SCAM! They will bleed you dry and give you nothing in return! After weeks of no calls **** a regional manager was supposed to set us up with someone and once again the ball has been dropped! They dont care about you, will terminate calls, dont return calls while robbing your account blind! Based on reviews seems like a class action law suit is headed their way!!!!!!! Scam! Scam! Scam! Will be reporting this company to the BBB and reporting every charge to our bank!

Incredibly expensive tax preparation for small businesses hidden behind a deceptively worded "monthly" fee you can only cancel once a year. Incredibly unresponsive customer service. It would probably be easier and faster just to do your own taxes. Basically a scam, do not use.

I paid them nearly $500 file file my business in *************. When I received the paperwork back, I realized they did not fill out the application properly. A question on the application asked if I was a veteran and they didn't even ask me, just assumed no. I AM a veteran, and the state waives the filing fee, which would have saved me $100. I made a purchase Feb 2023. I was asked if I wanted legalzoom.com to be my registered agent. I said no. I noticed I was charged $249 on by mobile banking that i did not authorize. I contacted legalzoom.com. They said they would make an inquiry and listen to my phone call with the rep if they were at fault they would fix the filling at no cost to me. Legal Zoom used to be a legit service. Presently they are all about making as much money as possible by any means like swindlers. They do not make any of your endeavors easy. Find another way.

on 2/11/23 legal zoom was authorized to charge ****** to file an *** under the name "artisan" the name did not show up as unavailable and was processed. on 2/12/23 legal zoom fraudulently charged the amount of ****** for what they claim is a subscription charge this charge was hidden in their terms of service agreement. on 2/23/23 **** the state regulation entity denied the *** filing because the name is in use. Legal Zoom TOOK MY MONEY. Legalzoom scheduled an appointment for 1:00 central today. The attorney called at 12:36, and left a message saying that someone would reschedule. I saved to have this service and LEGALZOOM SCREWED ME! Now Ive been on hold for 40 minutes. I dont expect anyone to call back. Please never EVER use this scam of a service.

Legal zoom has a tax service that is a bit of a hustle. They tell you its a monthly subscription, however its not. Its a yearly subscription paid monthly, regardless if you use the service or not. Be cautious of their terms and services very sneaky company.
