I have had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with LegalZoom's customer service. Despite my efforts to reach out to them via email, they have consistently failed to respond or make any effort to engage with me. As a result, I have been unable to obtain a refund and have been unable to utilize their services effectively. In my personal encounter, it appears that LegalZoom has deceived me out of $280, and furthermore, they have demonstrated a lack of compliance towards their customers.

This is a scam fronting as a business to help you with filing for a business. They charge you astronomical amounts without your knowledge. A recurring $249 fee every year to be a "registered agent?" I never asked them to be and even if it was consensual, I have had zero services rendered from LegalZoom since requesting services in 2019. This is a joke of a company and I cannot wait to watch their demise. Shame on you, LegalZoom. Unethical practices should land you in serious trouble. Been giving me the run around for 4 months to fix an error they made. *** faxed the paper work over and over. And they just keep auto sending me the same email that says they are missing paperwork you always get tricked into their annual fee of 250$ for something most people dont need. 2 stars because customer service is always really nice when I call.

False advertising, misleading and deceptive. Legal Zoom did not at all do what it promised or conceal information during sales representation. I did not attempt to offer even one star. If possible zero review. even their business name is deceptive. Awful customer service and rude staff for customers with foreign name.

Legal Zoom helped me set up my small business. Some of what they provided made the process easier, but they also sold me "packages" I did not need. I relied on them to help me make simple business name changes and they did not provide the services I paid for. I asked for a refund and was given a number to call and the refund was denied. I would advise possible customers that often a simple internet search or contact your local government offices with lead to a better experience and results.

I wish i could give a negative number...Legal Zoom created an llc for me before I submited i called customer service rep ask for help because the other member info was not showing. I was told this has been added. Go ahead pay etc... i receceived all my LLC documentation and other members info was missing...... after being on hold for 45 min and being tranfered 3 times i was told I would have too pay for corrections...NOT. I talked to someone who said he could see the notes and it was there error. He would do investgation. 7 ... read more

Terrible experience with this company. Hired them to do a simple *** filing. After 3 weeks the *** was still never filed. I got 6 notifications that they needed additional information. I called and gave them the additional information each time, including and email they sent with 37 question to be answered. Most of which I already filled in when I submitted everything online. Well this company sells false information and takes your money but when proven wrong they want to play ***** games instead of just paying the money back they owe you! The Secretary Of State even said these people are wrong and harassing many people! Buyers beware because they will keep taking even if you don't have a business anymore!

*** spent over a year and $1000 trying to cancel this legal zoom account m. Even after following all procedures and providing them the necessary documentation they still continue to charge me. For a legal company they are about to have a legal matter in their hands.
