I’ve purchased many outdoor appliances from BBQ Guys in advance of my kitchen completion. In February 2022 we were installing the vent, well I thought we had to go through a return process months after ordering it, when I called BBQ Guys they had a part that I could buy to solve this problem, I received it the next week!
