BBQ guys shipped my order quickly and completely. When I had an issue with one of the products that accidentally broke during shipping, they were quick to replace it. Fantastic service.
BBQ cover arrived as ordered and expected
Ordered a hundred pounds of traeger pellets and they arrived within a couple days. For the same price I can get them local. Without having to hunt them down.
I have bought several items from BBQ Guys, and I have found occasional smoking (not as in smokers but real good) bargains there, but always good prices on quality equipment. Once I was going to be out of town for the shipping date, and I requested they ship the following week. They suggested how about we ship today overnight so you get it tomorrow, no extra charge, I mean really above and beyond stuff. I really like these folks!
