We’re new to smoking meats on our new Primo. Choosing the right product for temperature control quickly became overwhelming so we called for help. I should have written her name down because I’ve forgotten it, but she was very friendly and knowledgeable about what would work for us. Then we ordered and received it days before she said it would be here. Definitely will choose BBQGuys again and we’ve already recommended them to friends.

Bbqguys have a very competitive price and a well built online shopping experience. The process was pretty straightforward to buy everything I needed. Also, even with the supply chain issues across the globe, they were able to deliver it on time as promised.
I've never purchased a grill before, I've always gotten the friend's old grill or the parent's old grill. I wanted to put on the big boy pants, but I had no idea where to start.
