I don't trust ANY BUSINESS that you cannot reach by phone or email!!! They are extremely expensive, their app/website does not search your job by available babysitters-although is says it does, none of them are actually available. Why would I trust this a business to provide a trustworthy babysitter when the business itself provides ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE options. If you call them they tell you to go to the HELP section of their website. CROOKED.
