Some fraudulent charge for $74.85 and Ive never heard of this coming before. I cant get a hold of anyone there as their contact number is only a recording telling you to go to the Help tab and read the FAQs. My bank wil **** this as fraud one the pending charge goes through. They had to cancel my debit card leaving me wig no way to make normal purchases. Beyond frustrating.

They force you to pay for a carecheck which isn't a background check, they also have that they make you pay for which doesn't say you are about to pay for it and they refuse to let you cancel anything for any refunds. It's impossible to talk to anyone about any issues, you can only email them. Plus they know they are the only used nanny app so they aren't even trying to fix any of the issues. I have been trying to reset my password for care.com multiple times and without success. I've sent contacts asking them to please respond but they have not. I feel as if I have hit a brick wall. No one responds. I do not recommend this site.

I am very upset with Care.com. I have tried to cancel my membership 3 times. I used to be able to talk to someone and now there is no way to speak with support. They have been charging me $78.00 quarterly even though I have been trying to cancel for 2 1/2 YEARS!!!! This is a nightmare. DO NOT agree to a membership.

There is no way to get ahold of them to cancel. Nowhere on their site is a phone # or e mail address. There are instructions that say "then click cancel" but no button that says cancel. I will be filing with district atty.. I am going to need to close my bank account to keep them from charging again. Zero stars. Scam business!!!

Care.com charges me money for my account and then promptly closed it with no explanation. I tried emailing, calling, and contacting them but havent seen any response, and its been over a week. Just stay away from this site, its absolutely terrible.

Care.com takes your money and absolutely does not give what you purchased ! It says I am a premium member yet I cannot respond to anybody. I literally cannot do anything with care.com and I have paid them . I also promised me a free drivers license background check when I signed up and they did not deliver that either ! Also I have called all of their phone numbers and I have to try to chat an email and absolutely nobody will respond to me. They also make it so that you cant stop your membership. I am very upset that I when I tried to use Care.com, instead of charging me for the monthly service fee, they charged me a whole year of $140.07 without showing a proper prompt of the total before I hit submit. I was not trying to sign up for a whole year. Unbelievable. Then you can't remove your credit card from your profile to prevent further charges, without waiting and jumping through hoops.Don't care if the services end up being good, it's wrong to charge someone by misleading them. Impossible to reach an qctual person. Nearly impossible to cancel your account. They have taken money out of my mother's account for over a year after she died even though i never signed up for their premium service.cannot reach anyone, no phone number available, no way to get refund..
