I can't even give them a 1 star that's how bad the service from Legal zoom was for me. I started ********* in OCT of 2024! I followed all the necessary steps and my order was expired by legal zoom in May DESPITE multiple phone calls and chat session with them. I even RE-SENT PAPERWORK that they could never find in their email system. Absolute terrible service. I paid for a *** and never received it. Then When I call them for the 20th time to see what's taking so long they magically say it's been activated the very moment after I say I want a refund and Im going to report them to the BBB. Before I threatened them with the refund and BBB they kept giving me the runaround and same corporate responses that they're trained to tell everyone. If you do any sort of business filings please stay away from these people.

Unable to contact anybody regarding they named my LLC the wrong name then they charge me $150 to correct the name I received nothing from them. I want my money back. This company ***** you cant reach anybody the people that you do have such a heavy accent you cant understand them and they always tell you they cant give me legal advice. These people are worthless. I want my money back and I want to warrant anybody who wants to use them they are a pain to deal with.

Worst experience ever - kept calling, kept checking on the website - never received the trust. They wanted to charge me $50 for a revision to a trust they didn't send me just so they could send it to me.Don't use this website - it is the worst.

I've worked with LegalZoom for many years and they are generally very good but recently I've had the worst experience. I have been trying to register an LLC with them and the process has taken more than 12 months now. I have gone back and forth with LegalZoom and the state multiple times and I feel that I am on the same page as the state but we can't seem to get LegalZoom to understand the correct process for this LLC setup. I payed Legal zoom to open a corp for me and got a virtual address from them but then i didnt need this corp anymore so i paid them to close it and they told me everything is good and will be taken care off. two months goes by and the corp isnt closed i called them they said we emailed you that we were missing some info so then wanted me to call Texas controller to get some info but when i called they told me that Legal zoom gave the wrong info and i have to do different steps to close my corp i went back to LZoom and asked ... read more

Beware when using LegalZoom. I filled and paid for an LLC. Later I found out that LegalZoom charged me for 5 subscriptions they opted me into. Over $300 in subscriptions I did not want or opted into. They refused to give me a refund. Beware of LegalZoom hidden charges.

The 5 star reviews are clearly FAKE. I have used this service and DO NOT recommend using them for Trademarks, Corporate filings of ANY kind, or any other legal work for that matter.They employ bait and switch pricing. I've now paid more than $1,500 FOR A TRADEMARK! They don't advertise their real prices and add on fee after fee for everything. There are reputable law firms where you can actually talk to your attorney, unlike LegalZoom, and they charge less than half of this. They are completely incompetent, they missed deadl... read more

My husband and I ordered the Basic Will and Trust Package from Legal Zoom. We put in the order on April 5th and we should get free revisions for up to 30 days, however its June 11th and legal zoom has still after two conversations with tech support not processed my original order. You cannot make revisions until the original order is processed and all revisions are charged additional after the 30 days.
