Not only did ShoppersChoice fail to ask me what type of gas I had, and sent me the wrong regulator, but then they shipped me a grill with missing parts!!! For $3300 you'd think they had quality checks in place! And to top it off, they said Sedona by Lynx is 'top quality'... NOT!!!

I posted a good review for the BBQ guys after Shawn in customer service told me they would take the $5200 grill back and replace it with a new 1. Today I got an e-mail from Shawn saying they will take it back as long as the grill has never been turned on. He knew the grill was turned on ! time. That's how I figured out it was natural gas not propane. Nothing worse than being lied to and he lied.

My grill arrived damaged with dents on the right front door and the left table. The frame also had broken welds on both the left and right pieces. I called BBQGuys customer service and was told this was Weber's problem. Due to there being more than 3 items damaged and over $250 worth of damage, Weber tried to get me to send it back to BBQGuys. I pleaded that I didn't want to have to pack that up and go through the hassle of shipping so they made an exception and are shipping me the parts. The problem now is that I have to wa... read more

I ordered a gift certificate 2 weeks ago, it never arrived, they never followed up and there's no tracking # they can provide. I think they're a scam.

In this day and age they could not give us any kind of shipping window and we were stuck all day at home and then we get a call they were stuck in traffic and will not make it in. That was almost at 5 pm. What a waste. Shipping company was rude and inconsiderate. Last time I will order anything from them

My item was shipped with R+L Carriers, which claimed they could not deliver my package on the scheduled day. They never called me or left a note at the door, and would not accept to talk directly with me, they would only communicate with Shopperschoice (BBQGuys). When Shopperschoice finally contacted me they were blaming me that they have not been able to contact me for days, but I had not received any calls. any voice-mails or any emails from them. My product shipped 12 days ago. I was given a tracking # when it shipped. I checked the tracking number and it says out for deliver 6 days ago. I called the shipping company and they said my shipment was transferred to another company. I called the 2nd company and they said they cannot schedule my shipment right now and they will call me back in a week or 2. Beware! They will charge you two-ways shipping fees if you decided to cancel the orders. I placed my order Thursday and I got the call from delivery carrier to schedule for delivery. It turns out I have 48 hours to accept the delivery or I'll be responsible for storage fees. This means I have two business days to take delivery. I have never experienced where you place an order for heavy appliances where they have the good deliver to your house the same day.
