My BLAZE Professional built in grill main burner control valves all failed within about a year. Result was rouge fires behind the control panel with everything off, found it when I burned my fingers on a knob.... Called, got a friendly person who acted like they wanted to help, had my professional installer out based on the phone call to photo and validate the issue. Then, the games began. BBQGUYs claimed they can’t reach my propane people—-I get in the middle and get way different stories....after a month of BS, I just went... read more

After spending $2,000 on a grill, BBGuys delivered the product and essentially left it in the street. Because of unknown "liability" issues (of which they couldn't explain to me), the delivery guys refused to bring our package up the driveway, which resulted in me having to disassemble and bring the grill piece by piece to the top of the driveway. They hide the fact that this is how they ship (i.e., curbside), and you'll only figure it out if you read this review or find yourself in the situation that I found myself in. My o... read more

I am not happy with their service of dropping large shipments at the curbside and not at least offering a better delivery service (even if I had to pay for it) that would allow it be delivered your garage or where ever you would like it. I spend over $2000 dollar on their merchandise and it surprises me to hear that don't offer better delivery options.

I chose to purchase a Weber grill on this site via Shoppers Choice because I knew exactly what model I wanted and the price was comparable to Home Depot, but they advertised free delivery on purchases over $50. The grill was to be delivered on our moving day since we knew we'd be at our new home awaiting the unloading of our furniture and possessions. The delivery service was provided by R & L shipping and their driver called us to say that he had a tractor trailor truck which could not clear our alley and so they were 2 1/2... read more

You drive all over town and it seems that every intersection has someone with a sign asking for money. This is the BBQ Guys. I was looking for some grill accessories and one of the companies I checked was bbqguys.com. I bought from another company because of price. I probably will never need this item again. Not on my present grill. I am now assaulted by bbqguys adds. They show up on MSN, Facebook, my home page. So far my phone is safe! I could understand one or a few ads but not what is coming in. I guess not buying made th... read more

I have no doubt that the majority of the positive reviews are fake. Only on their personal site are their positive reviews, all the other sites are 1-2 stars. I ordered a sink, fridge, grill and drawer. Over $2000. ALL of the items came badly scratched and dented. The sink had been used as it was covered in water spots. Their offer...to send me scratch remover to try to remove all the scratches. THESE WERE SUPPOSE TO BE BRAND NEW AND WERE COVERED IN SCRATCHES. I sent TONS of pictures and kept being told they couldn't see any... read more

I bought a weber grill and some attachments... but then saw the grill on sale for 1/2 price at Lowes the next day. They told me to refuse the shipment and i would only be charged freight fees of $80-150 (they didn't know until shipping it back). Without communicating they refunded the cost of the purchase minus $260. Had i known it was going to be so excessive I would have accepted the shipment and resold it. Very misleading practices. Bear in mind that no delivery was ever made or attempted as the order was returned before ... read more

We had a terrible experience with the product they sold to us. We paid $1100 for a Blaze outdoors refrigerator that lasted two years. This fridge kept on turning on and off all during the 2 years until its coil broke and it stopped working altogether. We called a technician that advised us to throw away the piece of junk we had purchased. When we contacted BBQ Guys they offered us $50 towards the purchase of a new refrigerator. They did not contact the manufacturer or tried to help us at all. We will never buy anything from ... read more
