I order two different times and almost all the items took over two weeks and the last order took practically 3 weeks... their response was that they have no control over their third-party shipping companies... next time I will order from Amazon.. at least they do have control over their shipping process..!
I bought a $5000 Alfresco grill and had multiple problems. The grill came damaged and it was a 3 week hassle getting the damaged one picked up and an undamaged one sent. To top it off, the $500 rebate from the manufacturer was denied because I needed a "receipt" from the BBQ guys or Shoppers Choice which we have requested but not received yet. I was also promised a Alfresco Indirect Roasting Pod - AIC-POD Item #: 2838874 Model #: AIC-POD but have never received it.
I think they mean well but if anything goes wrong, you will have more leverage dealing directly with a local store or the manufacturer. I bought a 2,000 ULine outdoor fridge which crashed after a year. Now I am completely stuck with no recourse.
When I do comparison shopping and your "Memorial Day Sale" prices on Weber grills are higher than everyone else's everyday prices, that tells me all I need to know.
Bought a Pit Boss Electric Smoker used it one time and it broke started blowing the breaker after resetting the unit the display control went out. Talked with pit boss Tech. Support and they said they would be happy to replace it. If you call in and get Jill Ellis please do your self a favor and ask for someone else no follow-up. Long Story short by your products some where else gave one star because it won't let me give less.
I placed a very large order (grill, drawers, etc.). The drawers arrived damaged. The seller would not replace them since it was not reported within 48 hours. (The installer opened the boxes a week later.) Buy at your own risk.
Just placed an order for a grill ,after using a coupon and some points my total when down, after putting payment information and clicking place order got an order confirmation with a higher amount. Not trust worthy.
i as the owner wrote a few bad reviews to see if i could with fake name they posted all of them. Now if pay them $3000 a month they will make the bad ones disappear somebody should really nail these guys.
I ordered Stainless Steel components for my outdoor kitchen. After 18 months they are rusting and corroding. I was told even though they agree that they should not be in that condition the supplier is not willing to do anything ... They offered me a discount on the next order.. Poor Quality Stainless Steel....
