If I could write this review without giving 1 star I would. This company has been successful at giving me the runaround. I call them just about every day trying to get someone to do their job. Each time I call I get the same response, "you should receive further information in 7 to 10 business days". I also hear, "the back office is extremely busy and doing the best they can". Absolute charlatans. I have tried to cancel my "subscription" several times and somehow their website has an issue, it never gets canceled when they say it is, or they make me upload forms from the state...all to keep them from taking my money for NO SERVICE! These people are the perfect example why attorneys have a bad reputation, they should be jailed......Of course this is my opinion...bastards.

Legal zoom divorce for uncontested divorces is a completed waste. They completely mess up forms and then when you tell them to fix it they make the same mistakes. It take weeks of back an forth with customer service that doesn't speak english to get things fix, if at all. What ever bar or organization that over seems them, needs to investigate them. You are better off paying an arm and a leg for a lawyer. I hope **** GPT comes for all your jobs!

I signed up for a $89.99 charge to get a simple will. When I checked my bank statement, I was charged $469.00. I was also charge another $149.00 fir something else. This site is a scam.

Terrible experience trying to start an LLC. Needed to update my LLC name. I was told this would be no problem and no charge on a recorded line since it was less than 24 hours since I submitted the paperwork. Despite these facts, the company went back on their promise and were going to charge me as the original name was put through and my request was ignored. The worst part is they were cryptic about it. Total scam not allowing you to cancel the $99 a month tax services until a full year, even after cancelling the service. Now being forced to change my credit card information to avoid future charges. Company is useless!!

This service should not be your first option. Look into local services to help you build your business first. It was very expensive and their sales reps aren't completely transparent with you about the contract terms, and because of this miscommunication, I'm stuck in some agreement forcing me to pay $99/month for a service that gives you 15 minutes of consult maybe once or twice a month based on available appointments. I just used Legal Zoom to apply for my **** I signed up for the most basic package free and when I went to check out I authorized a $**** associated fee (no problem). I did not need any additional services - such as a Registered Agent as I am my own - which is why I only needed the most basic package with now additional services and thus reflected when I checked out with only the $**** fee.
