the service itself is okay. i found help, though they don't really vet the people listed, and we went through some people who were not helpful at all.the real issue was they continued to bill me after my mom had died and i had cancelled the account. i had to declare fraud with my credit card company and luckily i was able to provide screenshots of my closed account and the email acknowledging the closure.scammy and not good.

Was able to find a caregiver that was a great fit for my family! Had to talk to a representative due to a billing issue and the person was able to solve my issue very easily. Very appreciative of Care.com! They are great.

So far this app has really helped me find jobs and maintain independent sense of life.
