I always find what I need on Care. Com and have told others about it. They were also very responsive when there was any kind of concern or issue.
I consider Care.com my number 1 go to place to find quality local candidates for household help. I have been using it for years, and have always been successful in finding qualified, caring candidates. The site is easy to use and allows for some respect for privacy in the beginning, so it feels safe and comfortable. Care.com gave me the most useful information in trying to arrange and employ caregivers for my elderly father. This information was the most valuable aspect for me as I was trying to figure out how to do payroll, pay taxes, provide ********* comp coverage etc. I ended up hiring "through the grapevine", and not via Care.com, but Care.com provided me options if the grapevine hadn't come through.
I give Care.com a 4. Ive used it three times, when I needed a house cleaner. All three times, Ive found someone who is very good. The only issue is that, although I paid extra for background checks, it was hard to be able to use it. They need to clean that up.
It took me a while but I finally found a fantastic caregiver for my kids through care.com. I think my kids have bonded other well and she is exceptionally patient as my teens both of autism. Thank you ciera.com for vetting good people. I finally found a superstar!
Wonderful service with excellent caregivers. Much easier to use than an agency.
I was able to find a house keeper with Care.com and she was amazing. I was looking for a Babysitter/Nanny, but I never hired anyone. Not everyone they have available to hire on the website is serious about work, but once you weed through a couple, you are guaranteed to find someone. My circumstances changed, so I no longer needed a sitter. Its worth subscribing if you really do need help finding someone to help. Thank you, good luck, and God Bless.
The website is easy to navigate,. They offer quality child care givers, she the service is reasonably priced.
Care.com was a great service. When hiring help for house cleaners and senior care who had done the background checks made it easy and we were so very happy with the providers we hired. They were 100% reliable and caring.
