I found this site to be extremely helpful and obtaining part-time assistance for family in our church. It was very easy to put on a job search the responses were immediate and detailed, and I was able to pick and choose based on the resumes and reviews of each of the candidates. Once I selected the candidate, it has been easy to communicate with them, and I am very pleased with the site overall.

I have found great care givers for my children through care.com and it continues to be the best resource that I have found for this. The background checks are already done and you can always choose to expand those checks for an additional charge. With that said, I do find the overall user experience to be very poor when navigating both the online site and the app.

I like the company so far. It allows me to find housekeepers, childcare or elderly care from caregivers in the area. I appreciate that they do background checks on everyone and allow me to request more thorough background checks so I feel good about the caregivers coming into my home. Care.com was there for me and my Mom. My mother needs home help. I work full time and as my mother gets older she needs help part time. Preparing meals, bathing and dressing. I found help that works around her time and with her fixed income that she can afford. Wonderful care givers , who have years of experience. They supply the vetting information for you and referrals. Agency's charge too much money and are for the sick. It is a blessing.***** ******
