I had no problem with in-app membership cancellation. I truly enjoyed once again the **** care services that I received. I will look forward to seeking that assistance once again. The assistance was so qualifying, I spoke with other neighbors to seek her assistance too, and they did with full satisfaction and follow up call backs, that was the ultimate reply I received from my neighbor. I think care .com is a great way to search for a special nanny or other features like adult care and housekeeping I think care needs to make sure some of the people that join to look for a service like I'm a nanny and a few times I got a scammer and its scary so more cautious is better thank you.

At age 75, I found that i needed someone to accompany and drive me to a medical appointment. My bet friend ***;t drive any more, so i was in a fix. i reached out to my health insurance, and a few other agencies and came up with CARE.COM , and eventually found the right person to do the job. thanks

Application software need upgrade, so, it does not go back to first frofiles page again and again. It should go to next provider's prfile rather than reset. Overall, I had found providers when needed.

Care.com provided me with options to find a caregiver for my elderly mother. I was able to explore candidates easily. Care.com gave me information that helped me narrow down my choices. When I decided on a candidate to meet with, it was easy to contact her. I ended up hiring her and my choice is never regretted!!! She took great care of ************* you Care.com!!!

In theory this service should work but I have had trouble with sitters scheduling and canceling last minute or sending messages and not following up. It was a huge waste of time, maybe if a sitter commits and doesnt reply or respond they should have some sort of consequence so that this doesnt happen. Also I dont like having to pay a service fee to pay a sitter on top of the membership fee.
