I have been a member for at least ********************************************************************* my home and this is worked out great. Unfortunately they now charge me mandatory fees-To participate in this, we increases greatly each year and I get less and less services on my end-

I consider Care.com my number 1 go to place to find quality local candidates for household help. I have been using it for years, and have always been successful in finding qualified, caring candidates. The site is easy to use and allows for some respect for privacy in the beginning, so it feels safe and comfortable. I have both posted ads and responded to posts on Care and I found that it was very easy to connect with people and engage in a private message conversation to discuss fit. Care.com gave me the most useful information in trying to arrange and employ caregivers for my elderly father. This information was the most valuable aspect for me as I was trying to figure out how to do payroll, pay taxes, provide ********* comp coverage etc. I ended up hiring "through the grapevine", and not via Care.com, but Care.com provided me options if the grapevine hadn't come through.

I give Care.com a 4. Ive used it three times, when I needed a house cleaner. All three times, Ive found someone who is very good. The only issue is that, although I paid extra for background checks, it was hard to be able to use it. They need to clean that up.

It took me a while but I finally found a fantastic caregiver for my kids through care.com. I think my kids have bonded other well and she is exceptionally patient as my teens both of autism. Thank you ciera.com for vetting good people. I finally found a superstar!

I was able to find a house keeper with Care.com and she was amazing. I was looking for a Babysitter/Nanny, but I never hired anyone. Not everyone they have available to hire on the website is serious about work, but once you weed through a couple, you are guaranteed to find someone. My circumstances changed, so I no longer needed a sitter. Its worth subscribing if you really do need help finding someone to help. Thank you, good luck, and God Bless.
