I think your service is great, but you make it like youre booked and then you never hear from the person saying thank you, but we moved on they just cancel you abruptly

Ive had two very good experiences with Care.com.It takes a while to sort through entries, but Im getting better at it and its a useful tool for finding caregivers.Im glad this app exists.

I used Care for the first time in Sept 2023 and all went smoothly. Paid what was quoted, the baby sitter was awesome, communication went super well. No complaints on my side.

Simplifies finding childcare. Both the family and sitter having profiles is ****. The filter options work well. Being able to see and leave reviews for both parents and care givers is nice. I am not a fan of the sitter having to take a picture of my kids to prove to care.com she was there.The background check option is nice, I wish it wasnt an additional fee.
