Im very thankful to have found the two sitters that have been working for my family since October 2023. Very easy to communicate too.
Care.com was a great source to use when I needed to find a housekeeper for a vacation home. Finding people who were in that local area who had already been vetted made me much more comfortable hiring someone. And I am very happy with the person I hired and their level of responsibility to go into our home when we are not there.
Care.com gave us a safe and trusted pet sitter when we had to leave last minute. Our pet caretaker was attentive, communicative, and sent lots of photos to keep our minds at ease. 10/10 experience, will definitely be using again!

Getting help from customer service never happens. Lots of leads but most Ive reached out to are not good candidates.
Good first experience so far! Was pretty easy to navigate the site and options for sitters.
The app is not user friendly. I had a very difficult time changing my service request from recurring to one-time charge. The positive thing is I had a great experience with the sitter I chose.
I recently signed up for a basic membership at the cost of $19.99. I was charged for a year membership at the cost of $239. You can only talk to someone on an online chat and they aren't helpful. They refused to refund my money even though I explained that I signed up for the basic membership. I will never use them again and I will not ever recommend them to anyone.
