The app is not user friendly. I had a very difficult time changing my service request from recurring to one-time charge. The positive thing is I had a great experience with the sitter I chose.

I think your service is great, but you make it like youre booked and then you never hear from the person saying thank you, but we moved on they just cancel you abruptly
