Charged me a year subscription before the 1 year date wont refund even though I cancelled months ago. Has no record of cancellation when I called to cancel a month after dissolving my LLC. Hard earned money down the drain thank you very much great way to start the new year.

I ordered an ********************** from LegalZoom on 11/8, today is 12/18, I still haven't received my EIN. I called *** and they told me they never received my application at all! Then I called LegalZoom telling them to contact *** regarding my EIN. They insisted that they already submitted the application and just need to wait. I told them that ***'s normal processing time for EIN is only 4 business days, since it has been over a month, there must be something wrong. They filed my trademark under the incorrect category but never told me that. Charge $99 every time to file a response $2000 later here I am without a valid trademark that had they done the proper investigation wouldnt have been filed in the first place.

I second most of the negative reviews already posted. Terrible customer service, aggressive and pushy sales tactics which completely ignore the customers concerns and needs. Hidden fees and sneaky and shady business practices.

Complete scam. I noticed charges on my discover card (unfortunately it was after 120 days, so I can't dispute) from legal zoom for over $1,000 and a yearly renewal for $299 to be taken out every December. I did not sign up for any services with them. When I called the company, they said they could not verify my account, since I did not know the email or company name, so they could not stop the actions. This company charges for services they do not comply with... They file our money in an untimely manner, then instead of returning our money they wait four months later... Keeping our money..

Tried to set up an LLC for the low-low price of 130$. After 600$ of manditory fees not included or disclosed prior to purchase - I am still trying to cancel my involvment.

This company is a joke. They billed me a month early for a service that I was not going to renew then when I asked them to refund it (it was a registered agent service) they refused to refund me. After spending almost 30 mins talking to an agent about a refund she agreed but did not process the transaction. A month later I got in touch again and the agent dragged out the conversation for ************************************** frustration. This is not at all helping small business owners. Do better.
