I don't even want to give them a single star ! They need a negative scale to rate this group. THIS company operates with EXTREMELY POOR business practices. They have ZERO customer service and you better hope that you don't make any errors when setting things up because IT"S impossible to get anything corrected. I would NEVER recommend this company nor will i ever utilize them again. They have deceptive marketing practices. RUN the other direction -- DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE !!
Do not do business with this company, they aren't honorable and use deceitful advertising. They claim that all providers are background checked, but once you sign up you have to pay for the report. They also do not have a phone number to contact them - email and chat only with very slow response time. Read all the small print first... buyer beware!
I paid for a basic subscription~ I have no accessibility to messages unless I pay premium. My basic doesnt work~ I look at my account and get an error message saying unable to fetch account, try again. Someone reached out to me and it was a encrypted. Said that the user was no longer part of their system. This app is a scam. Do not use.
I am a caregiver using care.com. Although I have worked with some wonderful families, care.com themselves are terrible! They offer zero support. You can only email them with questions, they take days to get back to you and even then rarely answer your question and I just tried to submit a question to them today and when I finish filling out the form, I can't scroll down far enough (on a phone OR on a computer) to reach the "submit" button!!! Is there a 0 star option? STAY AWAY FROM CARE.COM. I paid for an annual subscription to find caregivers for my special needs sister. I was able to log in for less than 24 hours and when I tried to log back in to see if any candidates got back to me, I was completely locked out of my account. I am shocked this company has not been sued for predatory business practices. Care.com is a master bait and switch company with absolutely no options to speak with a human operator regarding any issues. They require a Credit Card to set up a supposedly free profile. Nothing is ever available in your area and you only see that fact AFTER they charge you card whatever they desire. Terrible customer service. I had an issue with my account downgrade, and all they did was copy and paste their terms of service via email. Very frustrating. I will never use them again.
I paid for my background check. I moved and tried to change my zip, moved across the country. I was unable to change my zip code, with no avail. I tried many times to send an emailI tried to call customer services. When I tried to change my password I was unable to submit, would not to through. I want my money back for the background check. I am throughly done with these people.
After having a profile for YEARS, they out of the blue closed my account! Erasing my background check that I pay for, my monthly subscription which I pay for, and all of my reviews and references! They claim I asked to close my account but I did not. I will be filing dispute charges now against them with my bank seeing that they just took money out a week before closing it!!!
