They have a dishonest and deceptive billing practice. When you sign up for a one-time billing they continue billing you, and there's no way to contact them or speak to a person from what I've experienced. I ended up disputing the extra unauthorized charges through my credit card company. B E W A R E

Please do your research and do not use this site! Absolutely a scam! Charged me $39 month (thought I was paying for 1 month, but it was a subscription that I had to cancel) I needed someone to take my dad for an outpatient appt because I was traveling, and the VA said that they couldn't provide transportation. Only one person responded to my request after sending multiple requests, which left me with just one option. Those who applied were not qualified due to the time restraints or they had bad reviews. My sister and I were looking for a good place to find caregivers for our mother. Signed up, paid the subscription fee, contacted 1 caregiver, next day I log in and they have suspended my account for community guidelines. Which I have no idea how that is possible, I literally didn't do anything wrong. So I appealed it and they came back and locked my account for like 3 months, and NO refunds. When i signed up I looked very carefully to make sure that I did not sign up for a recurring membership. I wanted to sign up for only one month. Unfortunately I was signed up for a recurring membership without my knowledge and was having my credit card charged. They did not refund the money.
Useless app and website. They took the monthly subscription fee and then locked my account. Its a scam.
