We have found some great caregivers on this site! Its very effective for seeing credentials, experience, photos, reviews of applicants. Also options for background checks etc. made us feel safe using the site. Very useful!

I dont understand all of the negative reviews; the site couldnt possibly be simpler to navigate and its impossible to accidentally subscribe. Did they trip and accidentally enter their credit card information on the way down? Anyway, I live in a rural area and still had multiple applications the next day to my posting for a housekeeper. The very first one I interviewed turned out to be excellent. Very happy with the service, worth every ***** for the ease of use and the assurance of a clean background check.

Care.com made is easy to find multiple people interested in providing home care for my mother. I was able to massage them and then talk to them personally. After that I could set up interviews at my convenience. I did find a reliable and trusted worthy caregiver.

I have a new account as a caregiver offering services for about 3 weeks. I provide ******* care. I discovered I can change the zip code I want to search and know of others needs that I may apply. I have received an email from a family that allowed correspondence. I'm not sure how they respond after deciding they now want part time. I didn't see anything on my profile other than a response rate by me. I added a picture. Later tried to add same picture that was improved without shadow and it was denied. I would have to give Care.com a hand of applause. I was charged for my yearly payment, but was not using the service. I am living paycheck to paycheck since the uptick in gas and food. I did explain to Care.com and they did refund me back the money. Thank you care.com for the care you install in your company and customers

Way over priced and they make it so hard to contact someone to cancel. You have to dig and wait. Then to be told you should have contacted them sooner and get charged a whole quarter with no prorated refund. Such a scam. I actually found care takers on free groups and no one through this platform. Steer clear.

I was wanting to utilize care.com services to find a nanny for my 3 month old because I had to go back to work. On 6/29/25 at 10:09pm I accidentally posted a job and immediately cancelled it because I didn't realize it would post for everyone to see. At 10:20pm I purchased the 3 month package to be able to contact a specific person about her potentially watching my baby. I was unable to do so without posting a job for everyone to see. I personally would like to give this platform/service zero stars, but am unable. My account was deactivated, and after a month of waiting for resolve, I was told that my account was still under review and the services I had paid for a year in advance ($124.32) are not accessible. I also was unaware when I signed up, that I paid for a full year. I thought I had paid for 1 quarter to find a caregiver, but to my surprise I had been billed a full years worth without my knowledge. Impossible to even set up an account. I have been a tutor for over 10 years and am looking to earn some extra income. It is a hassle just for me to create a provider's account because their customer service department feels AI generated, therefore ABYSMAL!
