They try to lock you into a subscription and do not inform you that it is going to recur. The service works to connect with potential care but we didn't find anyone that worked for us and then got a surprise recurring charge that they refused to refund. Good businesses have happy repeat customers and don't burn bridges by charging for unused services

UNBELIEVABLE.....Unfortunately, Im unable to issue a refund of charges youve already incurred.? Care.com charges are non-refundable, as stated in our Terms and Conditions.I no sooner wrote an ad ,,,,,,,,that for some reason, did not meet their guidelines. for post surgery care .....I receive a charge for $34,42. Your membership is now active. ........The next notice I get your account has been suspended. ;.......... I didn't even get to use it........ ********* auto-renewal policy! There were ZERO e-mails or other communications with receipts or notifications that the trial subscription had been automatically renewed. I ended up with hundreds of dollars in payments before we noticed it on the credit card bill. Don't trust this organization; it seems they are attempting to take advantage of people with sneaky "auto-renewal" policies and lack of communicating about ongoing billing.

This company is a ****- they will continue to charge your card after you cancel. Do Not sign up for their one month service. You will have to Block them from continuing to charge your card.

Their website is very difficult to navigate and once you post a job, there's no way to remove it! You hayno recourse! When you try to notify the community, you get kicked off the site. Bogus!

I am extremely disappointed with the experience my daughter had at *******. On March 10, she web-checked into Plano Tx. ******* location. She purchased the *************** Membership over the phone because the system was down, paying $40 for the membership and $68 for the sick visit using her own card. I chose to subscribe to Care.com as my husband and I are both seniors with health issues. I needed monthly housekeeping. Several people applied, only was was insured. This person was a "no show" both times. They didn't even have the manners to cancel either time.

I have a Care.com profile and got a notification recently that in order to get messages I have to use a Apple Iphone only . Now I have six !!! messages from potential employers, that I. cannot see because Care.com wants me to use Apple IPhone only . I like my current phone that worked fine to get message and have written to Care.com several times without success. HELP !!

Our account was suddenly removed. I received an email at the end of a business day before the weekend that our account was suddenly removed. We are in the process of seeking immediate care for our parents and unable to resolve the issue so that we may communicate with caregivers. This is so disheartening and frustrating.
