As a single mom in this world after her husband passed away, care.com decided to starve a widow and her 19 month old, seeking a job. I was excited to start a job in January and find someone to help care for my child. While I worked. Hello BBB Community,Can you please issue Care.com 0 Stars? I recently downloaded Rocket Money (5 stars to them) to find Care.com was charging my wife's credit card $60 per month. I immediately cancelled Care.com. My wife used Care.com once back in 2023 and had zero success. I was convinced to sign up for a three month trial for my childcare center. However, we are well past 3 months, and there is no way to cancel. Even if you go on their account page and cancel it, it will not cancel. When you try to call customer service, there is no answer. They also do not respond to emails. This is a scam!!! I am at my wits end trying to figure out how I can cancel the trial. Stay away from them at all costs!!
I downloaded the ap and after I agreed to their terms and conditions, the ap just has 3 bouncy dots making me wait. I cant even pull my account up. So I dont even know if I can cancel it! Its been nothing but frustrating. I have a feeling they got their money though. What a scam!! So disappointed
They scam you by saying they have a monthly plan but charge you all at once for the year. No refunds, even if you don't use their service. However, after I made a big fuss about being tricked, I was told I would get a refund. I got an email soon after saying my subscription was canceled. No refund!!! Don't sign up for this!!! Fraudulent!!!

Care.Com is nothing more than an overpriced bulletin board. Care Dot Coms expensive rate per month for a platform that yields very little traffic is not worth the cost. Save yourself the aggravation. Our small center has not received a single seat filled, or a reply to our email after contacting interested families through Care Dot Coms platform.
