I receive a back up care reimbursement as a benefit through my employer, from care.com every 3 months. It takes them a month to reimburse those funds now, when it use to only take them a week. I believe they are holding funds rather than reimbursing in a timely manner.

Care.com is operating in bad faith and displaying extreme unprofessionalism by deliberately listing an incorrect out-of-state address on my account and refusing to correct it. I would leave negative 5 starts if I could. A Den of Thieves!!!!Accidentally signed up for a one year membership while reviewing the Ap. My Apple Pay got charged $155.88 instantly before I could even blink. As a single mom in this world after her husband passed away, care.com decided to starve a widow and her 19 month old, seeking a job. Hello BBB Community,Can you please issue Care.com 0 Stars? I recently downloaded Rocket Money (5 stars to them) to find Care.com was charging my wife's credit card $60 per month. I immediately cancelled Care.com. My wife used Care.com once back in 2023 and had zero success. Care.com took 18 payments from us at $60 per month How can Care.com ******* charging us over $1,000 for a service we didn't use or need? I was convinced to sign up for a three month trial for my childcare center. However, we are well past 3 months, and there is no way to cancel. Even if you go on their account page and cancel it, it will not cancel. When you try to call customer service, there is no answer. They also do not respond to emails. This is a scam!!! I am at my wits end trying to figure out how I can cancel the trial. Stay away from them at all costs!!
