I receive a back up care reimbursement as a benefit through my employer, from care.com every 3 months. It takes them a month to reimburse those funds now, when it use to only take them a week. I believe they are holding funds rather than reimbursing in a timely manner.

I immediately cancelled Care.com. My wife used Care.com once back in 2023 and had zero success. I was convinced to sign up for a three month trial for my childcare center. However, we are well past 3 months, and there is no way to cancel. Even if you go on their account page and cancel it, it will not cancel. When you try to call customer service, there is no answer. They also do not respond to emails. This is a scam!!! I am at my wits end trying to figure out how I can cancel the trial. Stay away from them at all costs!!
