I downloaded the ap and after I agreed to their terms and conditions, the ap just has 3 bouncy dots making me wait. I cant even pull my account up. So I dont even know if I can cancel it! Its been nothing but frustrating. I have a feeling they got their money though. What a scam!! So disappointed
They scam you by saying they have a monthly plan but charge you all at once for the year. No refunds, even if you don't use their service. However, after I made a big fuss about being tricked, I was told I would get a refund. I got an email soon after saying my subscription was canceled. No refund!!! Don't sign up for this!!! Fraudulent!!!

Care.Com is nothing more than an overpriced bulletin board. Care Dot Coms expensive rate per month for a platform that yields very little traffic is not worth the cost. Save yourself the aggravation. Our small center has not received a single seat filled, or a reply to our email after contacting interested families through Care Dot Coms platform. Used in 2022 never again. Now march2025 charging me $124 a month without my knowledge. Im disabled those taking care of my bills thought was related to my home care. Not. Refused to refund me anything . They can even see I never used. Hundreds of $ stolen from disabled person. ******. ************ more like it
I cannot reach anyone. No one replies to careteam@care dot com address. They will not refund me the auto renewal fee of $130. Absolutely no contact information on their website.
Care.com is a horrible website if you're looking to secure employment. I've used the site sportically for years. I haven't received one job. Beware!!! They also charge $18.99/yr.
I tried getting ahold of Care.com because their app is having technical issues. Through a ****** search I found a phone number for their customer service. However when I called I was directed to their help page on their app. I was unable to speak to a customer service representative. I then tried closing their app and reinstall it, hoping that would solve any technical issues. After opening up the app again, i was met with care.coms payment options. CARE.COM (SCAM). I signed up for a three months of service in 11/21. The service did not work for u. I did not renew but they put my account on an auto review (not what I chose). I tried canceling service, but as you can tell it is not an easy process since it is 2025 and I am paying still. Care.com put my account on auto renewal, not off my choice.
