This business is a scam! They took & Charge my card without my authorization. When I told them I didnt authorize the transaction, they told me that I would not be getting a refund

Ive gotten no jobs from them for months while paying monthly somehow the only people reaching out are scammers how are they letting scammers on their site to try and be fraudulent towards paying caregivers?

Agreed with everyone else. Complete scam. They make it appear as if youre being charged $20 then charge you $250. Then, they offer you $150 back, as if they are doing you a ******** is easy to create fake profiles, so the service they provide isnt worth a *****.

Care.com has provided zero reason for suspending my perfect caregiver account of 8 + years. I am prepared to do whatever it takes to get this reinstated because I have worked tirelessly to maintain it over the years and accumulate 18 perfect reviews for my hard work. I sincerely hope they reach out to FIX this error without requiring litigation. Incidentally, I just sent their legal department my letter today (1-27-25) -- ZERO reasoning was provided! How is this even possible?

I have had an awful experience trying to work with this company. I signed up because I was looking for a caregiver. Also signed up for a background check subscription. I found a caregiver after about 6 weeks. The caregiver had moved from one state to another and was trying to change her "legal" address so the background check would be accurate. The worst organization you can possibly work with. I listed my business there for advertising in 2022 and I cancelled the subscription in January of 2024. I have since then kept getting charged every 3 months for a subscription renewal when I keep asking to cancel. You cannot call, no phone# to reach anyone. Very iffy 2 Stars..I use Care.com and have had some subjectively reletive success with it. There are real people looking for care, however, my frustration is the lack of accountability from Care.com. This company is insufferable. I've been a nanny for THIRTEEN years and I have been using care the entire time. I've been paying for premium and background check for years. This company just shut down my account after THIRTEEN years and refused to tell me WHY! I will be contacting a lawyer.

Care is a scam. They make it seem like it is $14.95 per month then charge you the full $179. Deceptive marketing for a company that is supposed to be helping people. The worst thing is there were not that many candidates and most not even qualified. Disappointed in every ******** STAR ( had to put one star just to post this).
