I only got a few responses last December, and none were appropriate schedule-wise. My renewal was posted to my credit card account on *******. I called on 12.17.24 to cancel and was told that they could not give me my $155 back that they would "escalate" my request. I am not holding my breath. Stay far far away.

And their customer service suck!!!They just prey on the fact in our current society everyone needs some care sooner or later, but if you can, build a network of care providers outside this crazy scam!!! There is no zero star. The customer service is ineffective when it comes to your money. Be careful to not give them card information that will allow reoccurring charges. (Consider a gift card) If there is any sort of financial dispute they will send you around in circles rather than deal with the problem or attempt to make things right.

I had a account with ********************** and i received a message saying my account was suspended because i got a speeding ticket 13 years ago, i spoke CSR and they told me they have no control over it and its a 3 party credit verification company they use so i need to reach out to them, which i did and they told me thats why my account account was suspended, now i know that companies that do background checks dont look at anything over 5 years, this is over 13 years old and they have this company running background groun... read more

Care.com is HORRIBLE! I signed up for a BASIC account and they charged me for a premium account. Not only that, they charged me twice on the same day. So what should have been $59, ended up as $215!! Worse yet, they refused to refund me! And then, customer service hung up on me. I view this as theft and they refuse to own up!

DO NOT get an account with care! Everything you are reading below is true. This company is a scam! I have been charged monthly for a premium subscription that I NEVER authorized! I only authorized payment for a background check and know I chose the basic plan.
