I just called my credit card company to dispute this payment. What they did - I went on the website and it said ***** per month - cancel at any time. AFTER I checked out with the credit card the charge showed as $164.73!! I immediately contacted Care.com and told them to cancel the payment. I can't afford that much money and I don't need to search for a babysitter for a whole year! They said NO they do not give refunds! I made a care.com account years ago and Ive been inactive since. I cant figure out how to close my account so I just left it alone. I never signed up for any subscription and I got charged $20 at 1:00 am this morning. This is ridiculous and Ive never been more upset.

Scam artists. Do not use this company. They will promise you a bunch of stuff just to get your business and then s**** you over once they get you under contract. **************** is nasty and unprofessional. Id give 0 stars if I could
They are dishonest, it says free trial but they took $155 out of my account right away. I tried to cancel right away but I was out the money. They do not certify the people they have. Its only a list of names that sign up in your area. I called the number and was told no supervisor is there I would get a email back but never did.**** *.

They charging caregivers premium but they don't have access to their applications unless the speaker doesn't have paid premium subscription. Soo greedy collecting money from both sides.

I paid $40 for a month's subscription and $20 for background checks, one day later they canceled my account and said I violated their guidelines but I didn't do or say anything wrong at all! They won't even tell you why! I really need to find help caring for my mother and this was my last resort.
