I never hit subscribe and they charged my card anyway when I tried to back out of exploring their subscription levels and add-ons. Then they refused to refund me. Completely fraudulent activity. Beware.

I never even heard of this company, but noticed 2 fradulent charges on my bank account as a debit card purchase. I had to cancel my card, I do not live in ****** and sure as heck do not need any elderly care services. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD, I will be filing a police report against them.

I was terminated without cause on August 2, 2024 1.5 hours before my last day. They had already given me my 4 weeks notice. I simply contacted care.com because I could not report this family via the app. Today is September 2, 2024. This is still not resolved. They keep sending me emails with answers that has not pertains to my concern. I couldn't update my background check because I wasn't allowed to update my card information. They stole my credit card information. Every time I try and cancel my subscription the website says the next billing cycle and the amount. I called them same day when I got the charge and they said they dont give refunds even if I didnt make the charge. I called the number and no answer. Its crazy how many websites can steal your information and charge you. Then have a fake customer service.

***** using this company research website asking for credit card charges $115 I dont require any services they refuse to give me my money back I text customer service they refuse to return my money back I received no service nor do I need any service they offer

No stars!!Do NOT trust this setup.Care.com are not legitimate. Care.com steals.Care.com are ************ not trust them with any information. Care.com is unethical.They are refusing to give my money back, so I will have to get it from their families. Karma people!!!Oh and BBB, you need a No Stars or negative stars option for criminal outfits like Care.com.

Terrible company. I created an account and paid for the premium subscription with unlimited background checks. Then later that evening Care.Com closed my account and would not tell me why at first. When I reached out to chat, they told me that because I changed my name, I broke their agreement and therefore my account was closed and they cannot open it again. Hired a petsitter but she had to cancel due to a medical emergency. per Care instructions went online and cancelled and re-requested another pet sitter. Hired another person but Care charged me TWICE for the original petsitter and I had to get the original sitter to pay me back but Care still owed me money. They don't automatically re-imburse my account. Says it takes 5-10 days. Meanwhile my account will be overdrawn due to their mistakes!
