I contacted customer service to get a refund and an explanation, because what sane person wants to pay $30 to use a platform for all of ten minutes and then be kicked out against their will? I've used this service twice to find childcare for my kids. I was able to find care both times, but after trying to cancel my subscription I was continually charged for services. The first time I was billed one extra payment 6 month later. This time to make sure that didn't happen again I completely cancelled my account. I'm still being charged every 6 months. In December 2023, I encountered a confusing situation with the subscription rates. BE WARNED!! Their customer service is HORIBLLEEEEEEE. Like talking to a wall, you get no where and the are absolutely NOOOOO help at all!!!!? This company is nothing but thieves and scum. They keep billing my account even though they cancelled my membership for no reasoning and locked me out. They like to bill your card without access to any services rendered. I will be pursuing legal action.
This company is a total scam! I wish I had read reviews before signing up for their service! Unknown to me, they signed me up for an automatically renewing membership. If I could put zero stars I would! I started my business about 5 years ago on care.com and tried to restart it now. This was the biggest mistake and headache ever! This was the poorest customer service I have received. They where so quick to take my card info and authorize it to upgrade to premium but continued to tell me that I was unable to continue to setup my account on a computer I had to use a mobile phone.
