Never ********** that was close, or affordable. When I attempted to close the account, it was not user friendly at all and took several attempts to find the correct area to close the account. We never found a caregiver, but was still charged. **************** is non existent.

They charged my $40 then immediately shut down my account without any warning. Absolutely ridiculous scam of a company! Will be disputing with my credit card company. Stay away!! Use free services instead that are more reputable.

This is a scam. They make it impossible to cancel your subscription. When you click on "Cancel Subscription" the website sends you through an endless loop requiring you to login over and over in a never ending cycle. You cannot actually cancel your account without contacting customer service which is only available online - no phone number.

This site is a total scam. It originally 'bated' me because I was searching for a caregiver. I completed screens of forms then to find out they wanted over $200 for me to search for a caregiver which then I had to pay. The fact that I had to ******** to communicate with potential candidates without any service provided is a hoax. We had an issue with being unable to sign into our account with **********************. Because of this we tried to find a customer contact number and what we found searching online was a number but it left us a recording to go online and use chat then it would hang up. Shame on these people! I inquired for services for my 87 year old mother. I put in my AMX card for access to their data base of care givers to see about finding services and discovered today that I had signed up for recurring billing. The only reason I discovered this is I replaced my credit card and they auto-emailed me after their recurring charge didnt pay. No communication since this past July when I inquired online. This company scammed me out of money and refuse to offer me a refund. There website lied about the price so when I went to cancel it it said it was canceled and would not charge me I did it within five minutes of the purchase but they took the money anyway.
